The Student Activities Board’s annual Tech’s Got Talent show is in full swing! The show’s preliminary round will be held Thursday, Nov. 2, and the final show will be held the following day, Friday, Nov. 3.
Auditions were conducted throughout the final week of September, and candidates were narrowed down during the first week of October. This year, 12 contestants will compete for the first place prize of $600, the second place prize of $350, and the third place prize of $150.
The list of young hopefuls can be found below.
- Vocalist Sadie Foster, a fisheries and wildlife science major from Tahlequah, OK.
- Vocalist Grace Rhodes, a digital marketing major from White Hall, AR.
- Vocalist/Guitarist Sam Holtkamp, a vocal music education major from Green Forest, AR.
- Vocalist Essynce Norwood, an arts and music major from Fort Smith, AR.
- Vocalist/Guitarist Isaac Mays, an instrumental music education major from Pottsville, AR.
- Guitarist Alberto Pioquinto, a health exercise science major from Nashville, AR.
- Dancer Kenleigh Garner, a communications major from Hot Springs, AR.
- Vocalist/Guitarist Cole Huddleston, a mechanical engineering major from Waldron, AR.
- Keyboardist Ben Langston, a theater major from Farmington, AR.
- Vocalist Annabelle Pulliam, a middle level education major from West Memphis, AR.
- Seismic Waves, a band composed of four individuals. Those individuals include keyboardist Kayleb Starnes, a psychology/sociology major from Vandervoort, AR., guitarist Sarah Avey, a nursing major from Timbo, AR., vocalist Aspen White, a mechanical engineering major from Searcy, AR., and bassist/vocalist Tyler Boerner, a computer science major from St. Louis, MO.
