The deadline to vote in the November general election is Oct. 8, and you can register to vote by visiting theLink.
In addition, the Young Democrats Club has scheduled voter registration drives to take place on campus at Hindsman Bell Tower on Thursday,Sept. 27, and at Chambers Cafeteria on Tuesday, Oct. 2.
Students can register by going to the Pope County Library website and following the links to a system that will go through the registration process.
Tech’s event planning and social website, theLink, also has a section to register voters.
Early voting begins Oct. 22. Polls open at 7:30 a.m. on Nov. 6 for the general election.
Voters who cannot make it to the polls can sign up to vote absentee and send in their ballot through the mail at any time after early voting begins. You can register to receive an absentee ballot at sos.arkansas.gov.
In Russellville, voters can cast their ballots at Crow Mountain Baptist Church and the Pope County election headquarters, located at 1509 E. Main St., Suite 7.
