The Golden Suns basketball team advanced to the GAC Tournament, and we have thoughts from head coach Dave Wilbers.
“The team is excited to keep playing in the postseason and March madness; it’s a fun time. Right now, we are on a good roll. We will keep everything normal with practices and get ready for Thursday. We appreciate the support from Tech and everyone involved,”
Wilbers said. The team’s ticket was punched after an 80-65 win against Southern Arkansas on Feb. 26. Golden Suns will face Southern Nazarene March. 3. Tip-off is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. There will be live coverage of all the games at www.arkansastechsports.com.
